We invite you to join our Patient Engagement Event for a short presentation, Q&A and meet some of the team. 

Where:           Poultec, South Green Park, Mattishall – Enterprise Suite 

When:            Thursday 14th November 2024 – 6.30pm to 7.30pm 

Aim:  

  • Update you on what is going on behind the scenes at the surgery and the local healthcare landscape.​ 
  • Keep you up to date of changes.​ 
  • Increase awareness of the challenges we face and a look to the future. ​ 
  • Promote awareness of all the services available. 
  • Promote online services.
